Lever Card - just in time for the Fourth!

OK, so I purchased the Lever cards from Svg Cuts last week and am just now getting around to cuttung one.
These are so innovative and not that hard to design once you understand the concept (there may be some lever card designs in my future...just sayin"!). I used Lettering Delights paper pack Snowman on Skates (totally cute and on sale right now. Also getting ready to be retired - so grab it now if you like it). Image below is linked.
I resized the papers in PSE using this method, and matched the colors using the color picker in PSE. Note: we are getting a color picker soon in MTC! So excited about this, it will make it so much easier. I use this feature all the time and hate taking the time to start up PSE (it takes a while). Note that these photos are completely un-retouched - I just re-sized them with the snipping tool, otherwise these colors are as they came out of my camera. Love that matte photo paper coating!
Here's what my layout looked like. I cut this from the Royal Brites matte Double-sided Photo Paper, on the Silhouette with the yellow cap and setting of 30. Oh yeah, I did resize the card so that all of its parts would fit on 2 pages of PnC. My finished card is 3 3/4" x 5 1/4".
The second page was mostly embellishments, so I cut it from HP Premium Presentation Paper (matte) on the Silhouette with the yellow cap and setting of 15.
Speaking of paper - Staples has their Photo Supreme Double-side Matte Photo paper for free (after easy rebate) next week! Be sure to stop by and get some.
The card does not come with instructions but it is pretty easy to put together by looking at the pictures.
Check them out!  And as always, happy crafting and if you like something here, consider sponsoring my blog making your purchases through my link. TSM!
